Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things just don’t vibe. Here’s everything you need to know.

Our Policy (No Fluff, Just Facts)

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Whether you want store credit or a refund, we’re here to help — as long as the item is eligible.

To start a return, please email us at missbehavewithme@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • What you’re returning (and why)

  • For gifts, include the purchaser’s name or order info

We’ll guide you from there. Easy.


What’s Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including any gifted extras)

  • Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are issued as store credit only

  • All exchanges are final once processed

Gifted an item?
Gifts can’t be refunded but can be exchanged for store credit.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is not covered by us unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • You’ll need to send it back securely with tracking

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the goods.
We’ll deduct any applied promotional discounts from the refund amount.
Please allow 2–7 business days for the funds to hit your account after we’ve processed the return.


Promotions, Sales & Bundles

  • Returned bundle items together = full refund or credit

  • Return bundle items individually = partial refund or credit based on each item’s value

  • Sale items can’t be returned for change of mind unless faulty


The Legal Bit

Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If there’s a major issue, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement — and we’ll absolutely make it right.
