Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving stock. We take our fluffy commitments seriously.

Q: How long will shipping take?
Within Australia:
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.
Express shipping usually arrives in 1–3.

International:
Expect your parcel in 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs.

All shipping estimates are subject to our carrier's availability and not including public holidays.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide. Orders over a certain amount ship free — check our website banner for current offers. Express and international rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Decadent downtime knows no borders.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We have availability to pickup in two locations in Sydney NSW. Please send us an email or a DM to arrange this!


Products & Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right slipper size?
Our slippers are fitted between 2 sizes as they have a bit of wiggle room. If you're between sizes, we suggest picking your usual size for maximum comfort & fluff.

Q: What’s the difference between your slipper styles?
Can’t Be Fluffed — Sleek and still super plush faux mink fur.
Don’t Give a Fluff — Extra fluffy, extra attitude faux fox fur.
Both are luxury lounging at its finest.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery and on a case by case assessment. Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange. See our full returns policy on the site.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
That’s not the MissBehave standard. Send your order number and a clear photo to missbehavewithme@outlook.com and we’ll sort it quickly.
